Purpose: Festival registration, operation, and result notification
Retention period: 1 year after the festival

[Required] Refund Policy Agreement
30 days before the festival: 50% refund / 20 days before the festival: 30% refund / 10 days before ~ day of the festival: No refund
(30 days before: 50% refund / 20 days before: 30% refund / 10 days before ~ event day: No refund)

[Required] Consent to Use of Likeness and Video
I consent to photography/video recording for promotional purposes of the festival.
Recorded materials may be used on SNS, websites, etc. of Resona Studio and organizing bodies.
