The meeting of literature and art! 'Acacia', singing the encounters between people.

Founded in 2003, Acacia seeks to express the warmth of life and the relatable moments of small daily routines with Korean colors and sensibilities.

Not only through emotional music called a cappella, but also by integrating dramatic elements such as acting and dancing (tap dance, etc.), as well as beatboxing and visual arts (sand art, etc.), they are striving to create a new performance culture.

Through these efforts and experiments, they have created works such as 'Unnies' Chatter', '100 Years of Children's Songs', 'Time of Arirang', and 'Literary Masterpieces Read Through A Cappella – That Woman's House'.

문학과 예술의 만남! 사람과 사람의 만남을 노래하는 ‘아카시아(Acacia)’

2003년 창단한 아카시아는 삶의 따뜻함, 소소한 일상의 공감들을 한국적인 색채와 감성으로 풀어가고자 한다.

아카펠라라는 감성적 음악뿐만 아니라, 연기와 춤(탭댄스 등)같은 극적 요소, 비트박스와 시각예술(샌드아트 등)의 접목 등으로 새로운 공연문화 창출을 위해 노력하고 있다.

이런 노력과 실험을 통해 ‘언니들의 수다’, ‘100년의 동요’, ‘아리랑의 시간’, ‘아카펠라로 읽는 문학명작 – 그 여자네 집’ 등의 작품을 만들어 냈다.
