Korea's first traditional Korean music a cappella group, 'Toris'

Toris is creating Korean-style a cappella with young members majoring in traditional Korean music, preserving the vocal styles of folk songs and pansori while adding harmonies to them.

Expressing various genres of music such as pansori, Gyeonggi and Seodo folk songs, and jazz in diverse and bold ways, they are preparing to grow into a world-class group.

Standing on the boundary between tradition and modernity, it is a team that embraces not only Korean music but also ethnic music from around the world, seeking to pioneer music that people worldwide can relate to and third-world music through new fusions.
